Grilled dinner

A quick dinner turned it something truly beautiful.

Avocado, tomato, melted tasty cheese and greek feta, fried mushrooms and bacon on cheap Coles bread grilled in the oven.

Not the most conventional sandwich placement, but truly fantastic.

A true picnic sandwich

So this lovely girl took me on a picnic over the weekend, and of course we all know how good a sandwich is on a picnic, and this one, this one was amazing.

Avocado, cucumber, tomato, cheese, herb and garlic cream cheese, roasted pumpkin with cashew and parmesan dip and ham loin milano all on some sunflower seed like bread stuff. (No idea what the bread was)

This was possibly one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. Ever.

Chicken Chip Salsa

Roast chicken, chips, sour cream and sweet chilli.

It was pretty damn good.

The sausage cheese toasted beauty!

Chipolata sausages, Camembert cheese, honey smoked ham, bbq sauce all on toasted bread. This was a feast of a sandwich.
